Robert Michael Kennedy

A Chartered Accountant he has been a director since incorporation on 17 December 2004. Mr Kennedy is the Chairman of Flinders Mines Limited (since 2001), Ramelius Resources Limited (Director since 1995, Chairman since 2004), Monax Mining Limited (since 2004) and Tychean Resources Limited (since 2006).

Mr Kennedy brings to the Board his expertise in finance and management consultancy and extensive experience as chairman and non-executive director of a range of listed public companies.

Mr Kennedy is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.



Kevin Malaxos

Managing Director, Member of AusIMM

Mr Malaxos has 30 years experience in the resources sector in senior management and executive roles across a suite of commodities including gold, nickel, iron ore, silver, lead, zinc and chromium. He has managed surface and underground mining operations and brings a wealth of experience in project evaluation and development, project approval and Government liaison.

Mr Malaxos is a director of Flinders Mines Limited (since 2010).



Ewan John Vickery

Non-executive Director LLB

A director since incorporation on 17 December 2004. Mr Vickery is a corporate and business lawyer with over 30 years experience in private practice in Adelaide. He has acted as an advisor to companies on a variety of corporate and business issues including capital and corporate restructuring, native title and land access issues, and as lead native title advisor and negotiator for numerous mining and petroleum companies.

Mr Vickery is a Director of Tychean Resources Limited (since 2006), Flinders Mines Limited (since 2001) and member of the Exploration Committee of the South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy Inc, the International Bar Association Energy and Resources Law Section, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a past national president of Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association (AMPLA Limited).

Mr Vickery is the Chairman of the Audit Committee.



Leigh McClusky

Non-executive Director

With a career spanning almost 30 years, Leigh is one of South Australia’s most experienced and respected journalists. Having worked in print, radio and television, Leigh is perhaps most well known for her role as host of Channel Seven’s top rating current affairs program, Today Tonight.

Ms McClusky is company principal of McCo Group (formerly McClusky & Co).



Rajita Alwis

Company Secretary

Ms Alwis has more than 10 years' experience in public practice and commerce and is a Company Secretary of numerous listed and proprietary companies. Ms Alwis also provides a Chief Financial Officer role to various public and private companies. Ms Alwis is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance).
