Adjacent to Australia’s high-grade gold mines, and just 600m south of the historically-prolific Wattle Dam mine site, the Redback Prospect is underexplored and full of potential.
The landholdings present significant similarities to Wattle Dam gold mine in terms of geology, structural setting, initial grade and ore zone thickness.
Geology and Exploration
Exploration found Biotite altered ultramafic with no quartz veining and very little sulphide, mineralisation is related to coarse gold occurrence.
Historically there has been inadequate drill density between Redback and Wattle Dam, with significant depth and strike extension potential remaining untested.
